1. What are your sizes like?

Our pieces follow standard U.S. sizing. If you’re between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit. Not sure about your size? Send us your measurements, and we’ll be happy to guide you.


2. How should I care for my travel and fashion apparel?

  • Wash in cold or warm water with mild detergent.

  • Avoid bleach, soaking, or wringing.

  • Hang to dry — do not tumble dry.

  • Iron on low heat if needed.

  • Keep away from rough surfaces to avoid fabric pulls.

Taking good care of your clothes ensures they last through all your travels.


3. What will my order come in?

We ship using eco-friendly, biodegradable mailers to help reduce plastic waste. Each package includes your items and a thank-you card. If you’d like to exclude the invoice (for gifts), just email us


4. Can I include a personalized gift message?

Absolutely! Add your message in the “Notes” section at checkout, and we’ll include it in the package.


5. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

We offer store credit or exchanges for items returned in their original condition and packaging. Please handle your items with care  worn or damaged products can’t be accepted.


6. What if the size I want to exchange is sold out?

If your desired size is unavailable, you can choose another item of equal value or store credit. To avoid this, feel free to order two sizes and return the one that doesn’t fit (in perfect condition).


7. Do you ship to P.O. boxes?

Yes, we do! We ship anywhere within the U.S., including P.O. boxes.
